To reconnect your bank account to Sorbet, simply sign in here and you’ll see a prompt on the homepage inviting you to reconnect your bank account.
There are several reasons your bank could be disconnected from your Sorbet account including:
- You recently changed the login credentials to your bank
- You may have switched banks and your old one is invalid
- You have revoked our access to your bank account
To continue making timely payments on your Sorbet advance, you’ll need to reconnect a bank account. We also recommend enabling AutoPay to avoid any late fees.
You can also add a backup bank account to help avoid any payment disruptions in the future here.
