Yes, once your loan has been disbursed, if you need to update the bank account connected to Sorbet, you can do so by accessing your Sorbet Portal here
And click on the 'Managed Linked Accounts' icon to connect a new bank account.
If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to support at support@getsorbet.com for live assistance. Please keep in mind that this update will also affect the bank account used for invoicing and AutoPay.
June 2025 Update: Sorbet recently released the ability to pay Sorbet directly through your payroll, where the payment is deducted from your paycheck. If you registered with Sorbet after June 2025 - you’re likely paying Sorbet back through your payroll and therefore this article is NOT relevant to you.
