If your bank account is disconnected from Sorbet, you will need to reconnect it in order to continue making your due payments. To reconnect your account, simply sign in here and you’ll see a prompt on the homepage inviting you to reconnect your bank account. You can also add a new Back Up Bank.
There are several reasons your bank could be disconnected from your Sorbet account including:
- You recently changed the login credentials to your bank
- You may have switched banks and your old one is invalid
- You have revoked our access to your bank account
- A technical issue has caused your account to disconnect
To continue making timely payments on your Sorbet advance, you’ll need to reconnect a bank account. We also recommend enabling AutoPay to avoid any late fees.
