Sorbet plans on offering a second advance to selected customers who have a healthy repayment history with their first PTO Advance. This typically means we require users to have several months of on-time payments with no overdue balances or late fees during that same time.
Eligible customers will be required to send us a new pay stub or connect to PinWheel in order to validate their current PTO balance and determine their new eligible advance limit.
To see if you may be eligible for an additional PTO Advance once available, contact us at sorbet-ps@getsorbet.com. Please include your pay stub or paperwork containing your current PTO balance. All PTO Advances are subject to Sorbet’s underwriting processes and credit policies.
