Once your application is approved, you’ll need to do the following to ensure you receive your funds:
- Make sure you sign the online agreement and
- Select your repayment method (e.g. AutoPay)
Once you’ve completed these two steps, the funds are transferred immediately to the bank account you selected. Your bank will typically take two business days to process these funds and make them available in your bank account.
Please note: You may not receive your funds if your bank account was disconnected from your Sorbet account before the transfer was complete. If you feel this is the case, please contact the support team at support@getsorbet.com.
