Why was I charged a late fee?

Your advance with Sorbet is due for a payment each month. Payments that are more than ten days past due are subject to a $7 late fee per late payment. 

To avoid late fees we recommend that you: 

1. Enable AutoPay 
2. Ensure your bank account is properly connected and
3. Add a backup bank account 

All these can be managed in your Sorbet Account.
