I have a late fee, but can it be removed if I submit my overdue payment?

Yes! If this is your first missed payment, contact us at [e-mail]. We will be able to waive the fee as a one-time courtesy. To avoid future late fees we recommend you: 

1. Enable AutoPay
2. Ensure your bank account is properly connected and
3. Add a backup bank account 

All these can be managed in your Sorbet Account.
