Yes! If you have an overdue balance but wish to only make a partial payment, please contact the support team at support@getsorbet.com. Please note: we still require payment authorization over email so you’ll need to confirm:
- The amount you wish to pay
- The date you wish to submit that payment and
- The bank account you want us to use
Please note: a small payment is better than no payment. We will do our best to help you avoid delinquency. If repayment is a concern, please reach out to our support team ASAP.
