Yes! While your monthly payment amount is preconfigured in your Sorbet account, you can always pay more than what is due.
If you want to pay off your advance early or make a larger payment, simply contact the support team at support@getsorbet.com. Please note: we still require payment authorization over email, so you’ll need to confirm:
- The amount you wish to pay
- The date you wish to submit that payment and
- The bank account you want us to use
Customers who pay more than their minimum monthly payment will save money by paying less interest, and customers who pay off their advance entirely will be immediately eligible for an additional advance with Sorbet.
