Yes! The date that your payment is due is configured based on the day of the month we sent your advance. However, we understand that some customers change their payment day to align with monthly pay schedules (for example: being billed on the 15th of the month, their payday, instead of the 25th). To change your payment date, contact the support team at support@getsorbet.com and let us know which day you wish to change your payment to.
You can also submit a request to change your payment date of the month here. Please note: not all requests are guaranteed to be approved based on your repayment history and if you're currently past due, you may be asked to submit a payment before this request is fulfilled by our support team.
Please note: this is a one-time request per advance. Once your payment date is changed, all future payments will be scheduled on that new date. We cannot support multiple date changes at this time.
