Yes! In the event your account is overdue or has incurred late fees, we allow customers to make a partial payment instead of no payment at all. This can be done by contacting the support team at support@getsorbet.com. Please note: we still require payment authorization over email, so you’ll need to confirm:
- The amount you wish to pay
- The date you wish to submit that payment and
- The bank account you want us to use
June 2025 Update: Sorbet recently released the ability to pay Sorbet directly through your payroll, where the payment is deducted from your paycheck. If you registered with Sorbet after June 2025 - you’re likely paying Sorbet back through your payroll and therefore this article is NOT relevant to you.
