No. Sorbet does not perform a hard-ping on customers' credit before deciding on your application. However, during the application process, we collect a series of data points including your personal information, ID, paystub, PTO value and more. We also assess risk for things like requested loan volume, risk and fraud assessment, banking history, and state and local regulation before reaching any decision.
Based on some or all of this information, you may not be eligible for a Sorbet advance, even if you have a strong credit score.
