If you authorized a payment to us you can revoke your authorization up to three days before the debit date. Please note that missed payments can result in late fees and your account could be in default.
If for some reason you have made an off-cycle payment to us, or have been billed in error, Sorbet can issue a refund or credit the payment to your existing advance. If you have paid ahead of schedule and have a surplus in your account, you will be eligible for a refund on the extra payment(s) you made.
