Once your PTO advance has been approved and you’ve signed our agreement digitally, you'll receive an email from Sorbet as soon as the funds are available. So remember to keep an eye on your inbox within 5 business days of submitting your application! (Please note that this does not include weekends)
The email will contain a link to your personal Sorbet account, which you can access using your Gmail or Yahoo email address. Your funds will be disbursed via ACH transfer, to the bank account you linked during the application process in 2-4 business days. Happy spending!
