At Sorbet, we offer very competitive commercial terms, and charge interest only for the first 23 monthly payments. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may impact your ability to repay your advance. If you miss a payment, we'll send you reminders and give you a grace period of 10 days to make a payment before any penalties are applied. However, if your advance goes delinquent for more than 180 days, you can be charged late fees and/or sent to collections. We recommend that you enable AutoPay to avoid any missed payments or penalties, but if you feel like you need to make an adjustment to your payment schedule to avoid defaulting on the advance, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@getsorbet.com.
June 2025 Update: Sorbet recently released the ability to pay Sorbet directly through your payroll, where the payment is deducted from your paycheck. If you registered with Sorbet after June 2025 - you’re likely paying Sorbet back through your payroll and therefore this article is NOT relevant to you.
